Reference Klee Group

With the new KLEE CAMPUS near Paris, the KLEE Group has created a future-oriented headquarters – a place where the two divisions KLEE CONSEIL and KLEE PERFORMANCE come together for the first time. A working environment covering around 1,800 m² has been created that focuses on innovation, sustainability and the well-being of employees.
As a full-service provider of office furniture and room systems, König + Neurath supported Cushman & Wakefield, which was responsible for everything from the initial idea to installation. Thanks to this excellent collaboration, a campus was created that combines function, identity and well-being. Spread over two floors, the new working environment offers 160 workstations as well as meeting, training and catering areas – designed with a clear focus on flexibility and atmosphere. The 4th floor houses the work areas and meeting zones that promote interaction and exchange. The third floor features training and management areas as well as a spacious catering area that strengthens cohesion and communication.
The colour and material concept focuses on light natural tones such as beige, white, grey and warm wood surfaces. These create a calm and open atmosphere, while yellow accents reflect the corporate identity and lend energy to the space. The result is an environment that promotes concentration, inspires collaboration and brings the values of the KLEE Group to life.
The particular challenge was to unite two established corporate cultures under one roof. The spatial concept had to respect differences while enabling synergies. The solution: modular, versatile furnishing systems that combine ergonomics, design and modularity. Through intensive dialogue with Cushman & Wakefield and the KLEE Group, it was possible to achieve a perfect balance between functionality, economy and aesthetics.
Cushman & Wakefield recommended König + Neurath early on due to its clear standards in terms of sustainability and quality. In direct discussions, the commitment to durability, retrofitability and certified materials was also convincing – a strong signal for responsible action and partnership-based cooperation.
